DO I NEED TO BOOK/HOW DO I BOOK?Booking is strongly advised even if it’s just a quick call ahead on the day to check we have space. Advance bookings can be made via the website, email, Facebook or calling the studio on 0114 2508500. If you are booking for the same day then please call as we often don’t get the chance to check messages during the day.

HOW LONG DOES MY SESSION LAST?Bookings are for 2 hrs, if you would like your table for longer we can sometimes accommodate this during quieter times - please let us know at the time of booking.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?All prices include the cost of glazing and firing , use of paints etc. The price depends on which of our items you choose to paint and most people choose something between £14 - £32 (although we will sometimes stock items below or above this range as well.)

HOW DOES IT WORK?We have hundreds of pieces to choose from and these change all the time. Simply choose your piece, a staff member will then take you to your table and run through the paints and how they work. If you have any queries during your visit our helpful staff are on hand to guide you. Once you have finished creating your masterpiece let our staff know and we can book a collection time for you approximately a week later

WHEN DO I COLLECT MY POTTERY?In order to keep your collection as quick and easy for you as possible we operate a booked collection system. One of our staff will book your collection on your preferred day at the time of painting. If things change and you can no longer pick up that day simply let us know when you’d like to pick up instead.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP MY POTTERY?Pottery must be collected within 1 month of painting

HOW DO BABY PRINT APPOINTMENTS WORK?Baby prints are taken during a one to one appointment with our baby prints specialis, ensuring you get the nicest prints possible. You can send us a booking request for an appointment, please ensure you tell us how many items you would like as this dictates the length of appointment you will need. A £10 non refundable deposit is payable on the day of booking and this is deducted from your bill on the day.
